Iran To The Development Of Solar, Wind And Geothermal Power

Iran's Energy Department in charge of scientific research and human resources vice minister of university students news agency in an interview that the 2007 annual budget in accordance with law, the Department of Energy grant 500 billion rials for solar, wind and geothermal development and research.

2007 Budget Law provides that the development of credit of 1 percent to 4 percent must be used for scientific research.

He said that in those traffic inconvenience, cost and high-line areas will be built solar and wind energy power station, power supply to local residents.
