China Sunergy and Taiwan signed a long-term supply contract GSL

Chinese solar cell manufacturer China Sunergy Co., Ltd. 25 issued a press release that the company and Taiwan Global Service LTM. LLC (GSL) entered into an agreement, which includes 35 MW of solar cell products that framework agreement, 5 MW of solar cells product sales contracts and 35 MW of solar cell products agreement.

China Sunergy, said the framework agreement, from March 2009 to December period, China Sunergy for GSL supply of solar cells may reach 35 MW. GSL will provide solar cell products to customers in Korea.

Framework agreement in which the provisions relating to individual shipments show that shipping will be drawn up before the sales contract, and set the number of products and prices. The first 5 MW sales agreement has been signed.
